Tanzania Culture Shock

As I’ve started looking back at some of my images from this trip, I just couldn’t get over the vast difference between the two places we were when we started our trip. As you may have read earlier, we had a layover in Dubai, and then flew into Tanzania. I thought it would be kind of fun to show the true culture shock that set it when we hit Tanzania. I will forever remember the first bus drive that we took on our way to our first stop. It kind of felt like I was watching the travel channel, but instead, I was sitting back and taking it all in through the window of the bus. I think some of the views from that ride will forever by burned into memory. With that said, I’ve selected 5 images from our taxi excursion in Dubai, and 5 that I shot through the bus window on the way to our first stop in Tanzania to show how different these two places are. I still can’t get over the fact that the only separation was a 6 hour plane flight.

I hope you enjoy – Jason

I remember One time, I looked at some copper mining in South Africa...The local work in the mine. use the toxic mining water to cook, to bath...
