Operating Model

Thirst Relief works where invited with the goal of improving people’s long-term health in a cost-effective manner. Together with our partner organizations, we determine their particular needs and help them design and implement successful water projects. We assist new partners in obtaining training and provide business expertise in setting up their programs. Once work begins, Thirst Relief provides regular oversight and project management to ensure the project succeeds. We also work with our partners to collect regular financial and field reports.
